Some time you are not able to hear sound. This error occur due to sound driver missing, this post provide technical support to fix this issue. To resolve this you must have to logged on as an administrator.
To resolve this follow the steps:
Right click on My Computer.
Click on Properties.
Click on Device Manager.
Expand the Sound, video and game controllers category.
If Sound Card is not Listed there expand Other devices.
If there is a yellow question mark next to the name of the sound card, there might be a problem with the driver.
Right-click on Sound Card and then click on Update Driver.
Browse for the path where files are stored.
Restart computer.
Note: You must have Sound Driver CD .
